Vitamin E is correlated to many reported benefits – protects cell membranes and tissues from damage of oxidation, aids the formation of red blood cells, and promotes the function of a healthy circulatory system.
Several methods were indicated in the scientific literature for vitamin E detection and quantification. The presentation is focused especially on the electroanalysis of vitamin E.
